Quick Release Spreader Bar for Catamarans and Dinghies

Thanks to its lever, the spreader bar can be easily released without any effort and can be operated by a sailor of any age or skill level (i.e. novice, youth).
The Wichard spreader bar has been specifically designed, so that it can be easily and single-handedly operated in any kind of conditions.
In the closed position, the lever enables an easy release, even under tension.
In the open position, the hook can be easily re-engaged and remains attached to the spreader bar. The sailor cannot loose the hook accidentally, when released, and no lines are required to retain it.
