Proboat Hydraulic Swaging Machine 25T

Our 25t Press is particularly suitable as an entry-level model for the mechanical splicing of wire rope ferrules, it sets itself apart thanks to its reliability and ease of use.

The F20 25 tonne hand pumped press consists of a heavy duty ‘Gap Frame’ steel casting-mounted on a fabricated steel base with a front-mounted light weight aluminium pump.

The gap frame permits convenient front and side access, accepting conventional 25 tonne (38m x 42mm) section die blocks (sold separately).

This easy-to-use portable press gives a neat finish to the following wire terminal fittings:-

Standard ‘A’ ferrules up to 6mm (single bite) 7/8mm (double bite),
DIN ferrules up to 6.5mm (single bite) 7/8/9 (double bites),
Standard st/st swage terminals 3/4/5mm (single bite) 6mm (multi bite) - HEX type finish
