7 x 38 Wire Exit Sheave Box

Designed specifically for wire halyard applications, this Wire Exit Sheave Box features a large ferrule opening that allows a wire ferrule to pass smoothly over the sheave and into the mast. Ideal for jib halyards and similar systems, it helps reduce halyard wear while ensuring smooth, reliable operation.

Manufactured from CNC-machined marine-grade aluminium, the sheave box includes a removable axle pin for easy maintenance or sheave replacement. Supplied with a curved backing plate, making it suitable for mounting to the leading edge of a mast.

Sheave Options:

Acetal Plain Bearing: Lightweight, low-maintenance option with a maximum working load of up to 400kg.
Stainless Steel Ball Bearing: Low-friction option for maximum performance and fast-running systems, with a maximum working load of up to 500kg.
Stainless Steel Plain Bearing: Heavy-duty option for highly statically loaded applications, with a maximum working load of up to 600kg.
